The Basement Pool

The biggest feature in this home was the pool in the basement. These clients decided to stay in their home but fully renovate just about every square inch of the home. This was such a fun and exciting job to work on with amazing clients! (Not that all clients aren’t great). This project took about a year and a half of designing, drawing, and selecting all finishes. Ceiling of the sitting room; we used an applied molding and laid everything out to work around the bookcase and the light.

This sitting room we added a built in book case for the clients Hummel’s to be on display. We also created a ceiling detail to mimic the seating arrangement and highlight the pendant.

The Kitchen was fully opened up into the entire space. This is the custom range hood and backsplash that was designed to create a focal point in the kitchen. The sinks we made sure had function to them as well so that the client could utilize them to the best of their ability when cleaning up.

The passthrough of the kitchen looks into the breakfast room in which we created a great space to wash dishes too! Here is a detail of the wall sconce we added into the passthrough to create some visual interest.

All seasons room, view of the custom granite sink to look like soapstone, custom laid brick flooring, and wooden walls and ceiling to mimic the floor design.

A view of the breakfast room and passthrough from the kitchen. This space we lined with windows and added motorized shades throughout the space since this room gets lots of natural sunlight. (please keep in mind these are in progress photo’s and all of the furniture was not yet set up).
