This custom home was designed by Designs By Katy Lynn from the ground up. Katy carefully incorporated additional lighting where needed and integrated a Lutron system to make the home a fully functional smart home. The clients desired a blend of farmhouse and traditional elements, and Katy was able to seamlessly merge these styles, delivering the aesthetic they envisioned while ensuring the space met their practical needs.
