About Katy Lynn Retzbach & Designs By Katy Lynn

Katy Lynn Retzbach founded Designs By Katy Lynn in 2015 after deciding to take her passion for design full-time. Since then, Katy has built her business from the ground up, moved to Newtown Square with her husband, and continued to grow both personally and professionally. She stays ahead in the design world by serving on the boards of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA), currently as the International President.

Katy graduated from Drexel University with a Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design. After working for a custom cabinet manufacturer, she discovered a love for millwork and design details. In 2015, she decided to design more than just cabinetry and launched Designs By Katy Lynn. Her mission was to help clients create their dream spaces, whether it’s a full house, kitchen, bathroom, or basement. Katy’s passion lies in the details, ensuring every space is thoughtfully designed and tailored to her clients' needs.
